My role as a Professional coach is to highlight then develop the skills each individual player needs to improve. Development starts once a player has a clear understanding, only then will you have the belief to make any changes necessary to achieve lasting improvement.  

I believe in keeping things as simple as possible. Understanding what causes a particular ball flight and being able to relate that to your own swing position is more important than how it looks on Video. I much prefer a consistently good ball flight to a pretty looking swing. A swing action you can repeat based around solid fundamentals is the key to great golf.
